2 Way Solenoid valve

It’s made by three elements: Filter, regulator and lubricator.

Pressure Switches

Gauge Valves

Root Valves / Bleed Valve

The Single & Double Block CM40 forged barstock construction features a straight through (roddable) bore design. The roddable design allows the valve to be rodded out while in line and under pressure, should the valve become plugged. It also features a replaceable soft or metal seat, which can be easily removed and replaced, eliminating the need for valve removal should the seat become damaged by process conditions. It is ideally suited for severe process conditions (i.e. high temperatures, high pressure, and steam) or applications where valve plugging is a concern.


Manifold Valves

"Manifold Valves, available with hard or soft seat, are made of both carbon steel and 316 stainless steel with inline pipe threads or flanged configurations. All are helium leak tested. Mounting hardware is available. Manifold Valves connect system impulse line and transmitter.
Valves can be expanded to 16 stations.
Cartridge Valves have stainless steel body.
Valves are available with single-/multi-station manifolds. "


Automatic Regulating Valve

"The flow rate controller is used in heating and cooling systems with circulation pumps. The controller automatically maintains flow at the set rate by measuring and immediately adjusting to any variation in pressure. No additional measurements are necessary and the correct quantity of water is supplied to all parts of the system under all operating conditions.

The flow rate controller maintains the flow at a constant rate that has been preset; the diaphragm responds to the pressure upstream of the regulating valve (via an internal impulse line) and dowstream. The valve settings directly refer to the volume flow; accordingly, the maximum volume flow is preset directly according to the diagram when the controller is fitted"


Commissioning / Balancing Valve

The commissioning valve has hidden regulating and locking functions with high accuracy and good repeatability. The valve is fitted with two standard pressure test points, extended test points are available when required. A ‘Micro-set’ two number position indicator is fitted to the adjustment handle for recording the valve position.


Diffrential Pressure Control Valve

"The differential pressure controller is a straight-version proportional controller and works without auxiliary energy. The required nominal differential pressure can be continuously adjusted from 50 to 300 mbar. The adjusted set point can be read, locked and sealed. The nominal set point is factory preset at minimum. The required set point is adjusted by means of a hand wheel and secured against turning by the block ring. The impulse line (1000 mm) is included with the valve and is connected to a circuit regulating valve in the flow."


Regulating Valve

"3-way-valve with outside parallel thread, according to ISO 228/1, with flat seal, pipe connections are not included in package. Spindle made of stainless-steel, brass valve cone with glass fibre reinforced Teflon sealing.Brass stuffing box with EPDM O-ring, DR brass body.Using mixing and diverting valve 4037 gives an advantage to usual installations as there are no sealing edges and so cannot be worn, and thus leak. Even after long service the leakage rate will be minimal."
